During our Company's 26+ years of service to our community we have been fortunate to have listed and sold more lender owned properties than any of our competitors. When the tax law (IRS code) was changed in 1986 to extend depreciation terms there was a flood of condominiums in both the national and local market. We were selected to represent a Charleston based Savings & Loan Association in marketing their real estate owned inventory on Edisto. In the 1990's we assisted an out of state Bank to sell their inventory of two Sub-Divisions, some 58 residential lots. One of the Sub-Divisions included three unsold new homes owned by Resolution Trust Corporation and a local bank. In this recent financial crisis we have again been selected to market bank owned inventories for numerous lending institutions. Our resale program features a menu of locally provided services from which lenders select, based on the individual property's needs.
